Dealers generate purchase orders (PO) based on products and services that are on the Croplan.  Farmers who have several plots of land they're farming it's very easy to plan and aggregate the input and service needs together on the PO.  If changes are needed to the order, dealers use version 1 to add / remove / or change anything about the (PO) and send it electronically to the farmer for a confirmed order.

Or customers can use ManageTheFarm's tools under the dealer's account.  This gives the ability to know purchase intentions before receiving an order.  This can make doing business easier and more convenient for both you and your customers.

Delivery or pickup of orders works the same as if ordering over the phone or through fax. Whatever arrangements in place for fulfillment won't change.
